TESTIMONIAL

“Working with Natalie has been an incredibly valuable experience. Through her one-on-one coaching sessions, I was able to uncover my attachment style, address core wounds, and gain deeper insights into myself.

Natalie is exceptionally generous with her time and brings warmth, compassion, and deep understanding to every interaction. She is incredibly easy to talk to, creating a safe and supportive space where I could truly open up. Her approach skillfully blends mind theory with an awareness of how the body responds to stress, offering a holistic and impactful coaching experience.

Natalie has a strong command of her subject and is able to guide with both clarity and confidence. She knew when to be firm, providing direction while ensuring I always felt empowered and understood. After each session, she provided thorough and insightful notes with reflections, exercises, and actionable steps to implement in the following week.

Coaching with Natalie gave me greater confidence, a safe space to explore my thoughts and emotions, and allowed me to heal and move forward more quickly from past wounds than I could have on my own. It also gave me permission to step into a more authentic version of myself.”

“Embarking on the journey of attachment coaching with Nat is proving to be wonderfully transformative for me. We’re up to session ten, and with each session, I'm gaining deeper insights into my past emotional landscape and the patterns shaping my relationships.

Nat's guidance is helping me navigate attachment dynamics with greater awareness and compassion, fostering healthier connections and deeper self-awareness. I am grateful for the profound impact attachment coaching is having on my journey towards personal fulfillment and relational harmony.

Already, I've noticed a positive change in how others are commenting they now perceive me - softer, calmer, and happier – and I am experiencing a newfound openness in communication with my adult children.

Her natural rapport, her kind, patient, and supportive manner, create a safe space for vulnerability and growth. With Nat, I feel I am safe. I am protected. I am seen, heard, supported, and respected.”

WHY WE RESORT TO SECONDARY ATTACHMENT STRATEGIES

We’re not born with insecure attachment patterns. They develop - typically in childhood - when our attempts to gain proximity and security from attachment figures are repeatedly unsuccessful.

Our insecure attachment scripts aren’t set in stone. They’re something we can rewrite with awareness and practice.
